I hope the projects below give you an idea of what I can deliver. I have extensive experience with technology and B2B clients. Recent projects include: LinkedIn business development, LinkedIn posts, google ad words and client management. Writing projects include: website updates, emails, LinkedIn outreach campaigns and extensive employee, business and sales documentation. Project overview

In 2021 I worked with a number of B2B clients. A CRM company two days a week on sales and marketing - beating their sales goals for that year, and doubling their projected client numbers. Other clients in this period included a health software development company, a tech platform and a training company.  

​

- Website refresh for CRM and tech platform; new positioning and copy written plus direction given to designers and developers.

- LinkedIn connection campaigns created for all

companies. Initial connection request and second marketing messages. Outreach campaigns created.  This has resulted in securing the biggest new client for the CRM company this year. Overall sales target exceeded for the CRM company. Helped tech platform and health software company to create a number of quality leads - exceeded their expectations. Generated a number of meetings for the training company.

- Created weekly LinkedIn posts for the CRM company. This has helped raise the Managing Director's profile and increased company branding. Number of followers and connections significantly increased. 

- Looked after prospects for the CRM company, from initial enquiry until signing of contracts.

- Google ad campaigns managed for CRM and tech platform companies.

- Edited and rewrote business plan for CRM company and a full range of employee and business documents for ISO 27001 audit.  

- For the training company I secured 9 out of 13 strategy meetings achieved for the Manging Director.

I worked for Mirasys UK and with the global Mirasys team, headquartered in Finland, for over four years. Mirasys is a security software platform, working with leading channel and technology partners and distributors.

​

-  Wrote and developed a range of brochures for different vertical markets, case studies, technical spec sheets, e-marketing and advertising campaigns. 

- Devised a new carbon membership program which included bespoke software training, webinars, and industry thought leadership events.

- Basic skills and sales training in person and online via WebEx.

- New web site content created and updated.
- Social media strategy and implementation.

- Partner and channel marketing with leaders such as Axis.

Project overview

I worked with BRANDZ for 15 months part-time. BRANDZ supply promotional merchandise and create web merchandise portals for large global companies.

​

- Wrote copy and blogs for old website. Project managed and wrote SEO copy for new
e-commerce website with thousands of products. 

- Worked with a designer to create an updated brand which was refreshed across all mediums.

- Branding and product descriptions for customer

portals.

- Wrote and sent out new format e-newsletter with 
different weekly theme.

- Created a range of sales emails, direct mails, brochure content and blogs.  

- Worked on company plans, business proposals and company sales presentation decks.

I was brought in on an interim part-time basis for six months during a leadership transition. Axiom Stone are a multi-service law firm. 


- Wrote a new marketing and communications plan for 2020. 

- Created a new social marketing strategy which

increased their engagement by 25% and brought social media ‘in-house’ saving significant budget.

- Created weekly social media content and worked with several heads of departments to create compelling events and content. 

- Worked with different department heads to create topical articles. Edited and rewrote copy.

- Created press releases and obtained national press.

- Wrote branding questionnaire.

- Delivered successful pre-branding and values
workshop to senior stakeholders.

I worked with TAAP on a six months fixed contract. TAAP is a software company, helping leading brands to digitise their work flows.


- Created a digital marketing and social media
plan.

- Wrote a script and project managed a video

with a celebrity chef on food donation.

- Wrote a number of sixty second video scripts.

- Wrote a script for a video highlighting our partnership with Microsoft and a food donation
case study.

- Looked after sponsorship and charity projects and secured PR.

School, University of Hertfordshire and
Hertfordshire International School.

placement students.

- Taught Presenting with Impact course to corporate clients.

- Module leader for Business studies at Hertfordshire International College.

- Devised curriculum and content for a number of
courses. Writing Communications for Professional Marketeer course. 48 hours Globalisation course.
Business studies course. Academic English.

- Extensive admin and marking on a large scale and
within tight deadlines.  

- Experience using Mentimeter, Canvas and Moodle for blended learning.

I started at a Business Arts Council as a
volunteer and 
was sponsored for a work visa
for my writing skills. I worked at Business Arts
Council (BAC) for over four years. BAC is part of
the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce and is
known for its coaching and management workshops.


- Worked with internal and external stakeholders to
create a new brand identity for Business Arts Council.

- Created a marketing strategy to increase audience attendance. This was achieved and increased by 100%.

- Put together workshops, behind the scenes events and thought leadership programs.

- Created brochures, leaflets and drafted press releases. 

- Taught management workshops and led consulting
training.

-  Coached business managers and arts organisations to work together on long term projects.

I was responsible for Camp Simcha's PR and communication, and worked for them for over 8 months. Camp Simcha helps families who have children with life threatening illnesses.

- Created a PR strategy for the year.

- Wrote press calendars, press releases and pitched stories and ideas to target editors. 

- Secured press in target publications.

- Interviewed families and created case studies.
