What is the difference between coaching, consulting and therapy?

If I feel that there is an issue that  think would benefit from therapy as opposed to coaching, I will let you know. Trust and honestly are deep values I hold as well as confidentiality and respect for diversity. I work with Robert Cuming, top therapist and  executive coach, and former CEO of the Counselling Foundation.

What qualifications do you hold?

​

Way back I completed a BA hons in Writing and Publishing. On the coaching and training front, I completed a diploma over a two year period in Personal Performance Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming (The Coaching Academy, 2006). Since then I have completed a certificate in Leadership coaching at the Centre for Leadership.  I adhere to the guidelines as outlined by the International Coaching Federation. I have comprehensive knowledge of Prince 2 Project Management principles and a range of agile project management methodologies and tools. I have sharpened my teaching and training skills by completing a CPAD1 course at University of Hertfordshire and am an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. I have also completed a Cambridge CELTA Level 5 qualification in teaching English to foreign students at university level. This formalised further my classroom planning and teaching for different learning styles. In my spare time I read as many books as I can on personal development, psychology, careers and business brilliance.

how do I book a session oR workshop?
 

Please call or email me and we can chat further to make sure we are the right match and to set a suitable time and date. Payment for coaching will be by bank transfer or credit card. Company executive coaching, workshops and ongoing marketing and business development will be by invoice.
