Hi I'm Simone and this is my trusted cat Leo. I am a certified personal performance coach with NLP. I have tried and tested every career exercise out there and have been a career coach for 19 years. I also work in marketing communications and know what it is like to find work.

I taught employability and marketing at University of Hertfordshire and was an online global workplace mentor and coach. I have helped hundreds of students with their presenting, CV’s and business planning skills. I have also trained individuals and companies in communication and presentation skills.
